[Re: Love Indifference]

The exhibition shown at the Nivell Zero is a mise en scène specifically designed for this space. The accesses to Nivell Zero as transit spaces are also used. The location of Nivell Zero has a long corridor with direct access from Rosselló street and another from the first floor of the Foundation itself. This creates a two-way route which means that the parameters of the [Re: Love Indifference] intervention can be extended. This double liaison with the central space of Nivell Zero also has a third virtual entrance through the video on a 1:1 scale, showing the threshold of Grècia street in Reus.

This having-place of three spaces: Passeig de Gràcia, Rosselló and Grècia streets, which all converge on Nivell Zero combines really and virtually the specific core of [Re: Love Indifference].

Aureli Ruiz, born in Reus in 1959, is a visual artist, exhibitions and cultural activities organizer, independent curator and editor. He lives in Reus and he works between Reus and Barcelona. He has had several individual and collective exhibitions in Spain and abroad, his work being shown at different spaces and galleries, such as Galleries Ciento, Salvador Riera, Àngels de la Mota, Joan Prats, dels Àngels, Fundació Miro, Fundació Espais, etc.

He has also been in charge of exhibitions and activities at the Centre de Lectura de Reus, the Institut Municipal d’Acció Cultural and the Institut Municipal de Museus de Reus (1997-2003) with exhibition projects by Antoni Abad, Jordi Colomer, Ignasi Aballí, Daniel Canogar, Joan Fontcuberta, Carles Guerra, Roc Parés, Juan Luis Moraza, Francisco Ruiz de Infante, Francesc Abad among others, as well as permanent and ephemeral projects by Jaume Plensa, Carles Santos and Antoni Miralda.
