IN> TRA. Artistic practice as a model of experience presents the results of the research that the IN> TRA group of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona has dedicated to addressing, in a critical and at the same time creative way, the problems around the digital humanities, new materialisms and their impact on art. All in the framework of an open and transdisciplinary collaboration, conveyed through the notion of prototype. The project is accompanied by the publication of a paper with the project process and results.
Next Tuesday May 3, the curator and art critic Pilar Bonet will lead a visit to the exhibition IN>TRA. Artistic practice as a model of experience.
Pilar Bonet is professor of art and contemporary design at the UB and URL. Art critic and curator. She researches on the alliance between art and design as a political artefact, feminism and emancipatory spiritualities. Member of ACM, ArtsComing and VisionaryWomenArt, president of the association Josefa Tolrà. She was part of the management team of the Centre de Creació Can Xalant. She holds a PhD in Art History and is a member of the following research groups: DUODA, IN>TRA.
