MORTALS+ Opening

On 3 December, we invite you to the opening of the exhibition MORTALS+, a collective research project through art conceived by artist Albert Potrony and accompanied by Roser Sanjuan, Jaume Brunet and David Martrat.
MORTALS+ is an evolution of the MORTALS project, characterised by collective research into death, illness, care and life through art. In this edition, the collaboration with the Fundació Suñol—which preserves and disseminates one of the most important private contemporary art collections in Catalonia and Spain—and the Fundació Glòria Soler—which supports global health research and promotes projects between art and science—has enabled a dialogue between art, health and memory that builds bridges between the past and present of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

In December, we will present MORTALS+, an exhibition showcasing the results of research and working sessions led by artist Albert Potrony and cultural manager Roser Sanjuán, with the participation of a group of people directly linked to HIV/AIDS infection, either because they have been diagnosed, are involved in the field through their professional work, or simply because of a personal commitment.
