On the occasion of the exhibition Twenty Faces and Three Crowds, the last act of the exhibition leaflet In three acts, we suggest you to enjoy a workshop for the whole family where we will rethink the use of the challenge in contemporary art..
The In Your Face! Workshop, aimed at families with children aged 6 to 12, will allow you to rethink the use of portraiture in contemporary art. To achieve this, we will analyze works by Ouka Leele, Robert Mapplethorpe, Luis Gordillo, Andy Warhol and Picasso.
We will reflect on how we represent ourselves with the individual portrait, and also how we would do it collectively. And then we move on to the action, in order to create a portrait using both photographic and drawing and collage techniques, to end up creating our character with its very visible features. Will we get our peers to recognize who they are? Come and check it out with your family at the Suñol Foundation!
